March Music Days International Festival is to be held in the autumn because of the coronavirus. The new dates are from September 19 to October 4, announced Deputy Mayor Encho Enchev and MMD Director Iva Chavdarova. Up to now, BGN 27,000 has been spent on the musicians’ plane tickets, and an attempt will be made to re-check for the new dates. Some of the musicians have already confirmed their participation in the festival in Ruse in September, while others have not responded yet. Thus, the 60th edition will set a precedent, by taking place in September instead of March.
